For whom · Tour

The stand has forty minutes. The goods have to be there.

Tour collections delivered on the day. Small runs per city, reproduction during the tour and direct delivery to each venue.

What adds up differently
01

Every city is its own run

Twenty shirts a night costs differently than a thousand at once. Screen printing pays from 50 pieces, below that DTF prints without setup costs.

02

The stand has no stockroom

Whatever travels has to fit the vehicle and be sorted by size. We pick it the way it sells at night.

03

Topping up between two dates

DTF delivers in under 10 days from approval. That fits the gap between two cities, provided the file is ready.

04

Tour dates cost the after-sales

With dates on the back, the shirt sells better that night and never again. Two designs solve it: one dated, one not.

Techniques

Which technique? The nightly quantity decides.

For the same design, different routes pay at different quantities. We cost both and name the point where switching pays.

Before you get in touch.

What always comes up in the first tour conversation.

01
How much do we take per night?

Without last tour figures, any quantity is a guess. With them it becomes arithmetic: venue capacity, conversion rate, size shares.

  • First tour we plan tight and keep the reprint ready, rather than guessing a number that ends up in the van.
  • Later your nightly figures become the size curve, and it beats any standard ratio.
02
Can we top up mid-tour?

Yes, via DTF: under 10 days from approval. That works between two cities if file and approval are in place.

  • Requirement the print file is prepared before the tour starts.
  • Limit no production covers Friday to Saturday — that buffer belongs in the main run.
03
Do you deliver to the venue?

Yes, straight to the house, sorted by size and design and labelled for the stand. Split across cities too.

  • Delivery window we follow your load-in, not the other way round.
  • Proof a delivery note per address, so the stand can check what arrived.
04
What happens to what is left?

That is decided with the artwork. With tour dates it is dead stock after the last night; without, it keeps selling online or on the next tour.

  • Recommendation main design undated, a smaller dated run as a keepsake.
  • Storage we hold the remainder and ship it for the next tour.
