For whom · Workwear

The new colleague starts in March. The jacket has to match.

Ongoing supply instead of a one-off project: new staff, replaced jackets, identical execution. In your own company shop they order without a login against a budget, billed collectively.

What matters over years
01

The sixtieth wash decides, not the first day

Industrial laundry eats print. On daily wear, embroidery lasts longer — and over its lifetime costs less than printing twice.

02

Reorderable means: the same style in two years

A style that gets discontinued costs more than one that was dearer to begin with. We choose by availability, not by price alone.

03

Sizes per person, not per curve

There is a list with names, not a distribution estimate. We pick per person and add spares in common sizes.

04

Ordering without group emails

A company shop takes the size-collecting off your desk: everyone orders against a budget, billed collectively.

Process

Set up once, then it runs.

The effort sits in the first round. Every reorder afterwards is a click.

01

Choose styles, see samples

Two or three styles to choose from, sampled with your logo. People wear what fits — cuts nobody likes stay on the rack.

Round 1
02

Digitise the logo once

The embroidery file is created once and stays on record. Every later order uses the same file, so the same execution.

03

First outfit, picked per person

Name list in, sorted parcels out. We add spares in common sizes so the next new starter does not wait for a production run.

04

Reorder through the company shop

On request we set up a shop: order without a login, against a budget, billed collectively. Without a shop, an email does it.

What businesses want settled first.

01
Does the print survive industrial laundry?

Embroidery yes, print only in part. At 60 degrees, tumble drying and daily wear we recommend embroidery for logos and print only where area is needed.

  • Test on request we sample first and you wash it yourself before the run.
  • Limit thin fabrics we check on the sample — not every garment takes every stitch density.
02
Will the style still exist in two years?

For ongoing supply that matters more than the unit price. We choose from ranges with stable availability and say when a style is at risk.

  • Precaution for critical items we hold a reserve in stock.
  • Change if a style ends, we find the closest match and sample it for comparison.
03
How do individual reorders work?

Through the company shop without a login against a budget, or by email. Embroidery file, colours and position are on record, nothing is agreed again.

  • Single piece one item is possible without new setup.
  • Billing collected per period rather than per order.
04
Can we combine workwear and trade-fair outfits?

Yes, that is one order with two executions: robust for daily use, representative for the fair, same logo, same position.

  • Separation separate delivery addresses and notes if the costs need to be split.
