Service 11 — Stock & Re-orders

Stock & re-orders. Merch with a lifespan.

Not every collection is done with one delivery: we store stock, trigger reproduction and log returns — so your merch stays available without you running a warehouse.

Stock & Re-orders
When stock & re-orders?

A collection is rarely done with one delivery.

When the collection lives longer than one delivery — tours, company outfitting, ongoing shops.

01

Stay available

The re-order starts before size runs break — the collection stays deliverable instead of sold out.

02

No warehouse of your own

Stock sits with us instead of in your office corridor — on call when it’s needed.

03

Overview

Stock and returns are logged — decisions run on numbers, not gut feeling.

The process: from storage to resupply

Step 1

Store

Finished goods stay with us after production — logged by item and size.

Step 2

Call off

Partial quantities go out when needed — to warehouse, venue or end recipient.

Step 3

Reproduce

When stock runs low, the re-order starts — before the gap reaches your sales.

Step 4

Returns

What comes back gets logged and flows back into stock.

Common questions

What people ask first.

01
When does a re-order start?

Before the size runs break up — not once the item is sold out. Stock is recorded, and the decision is made on figures rather than on gut feeling.

02
Do I need a warehouse of my own?

No, that is exactly the point: the stock sits with us instead of in the office corridor, and is called off when it is needed.

03
What happens to returns?

They are recorded and flow back into stock — they do not disappear into a box.

04
What does storage cost?

That is agreed per project, not billed at a flat rate by pallet and month. What makes sense depends on quantity, duration and how often stock is called off — and it is settled before the first collection goes into storage.
