Festival merch that outlives the weekend.

Three days of sales, one fixed date, no second chance. We plan run size, size curve and reorders so that on Sunday night the stand is not empty and the warehouse is not full.

What adds up differently here
01

Sales last three days

Whatever is not on the stand by Friday will not sell at all. So we fix the delivery date before we talk about run size.

02

Sizes behave differently

On site, M and L go first while XS stays. We build the size curve from your previous year, not from a standard ratio.

03

The year on the print matters

With a date, the shirt becomes a keepsake and the remainder becomes dead stock. Without one, the same run sells again next summer.

04

Reordering beats stockpiling

DTF delivers in under 10 days from approval. Planning tight and reprinting ties up less cash than adding thirty percent just in case.

Schedule

Counted backwards from day one.

Delivery times are fixed: screen printing in 7–10 working days from approval, DTF under 10. Everything before that is lead time, and that is where it gets tight or does not.

01

Lock artwork and garment

The number of colours moves the unit price more than the quantity does. Knowing early whether it is two colours or eight gives you a quote that holds.

02

Sample in hand

A proof on the actual garment, not on screen. Ink on cotton reads differently than ink in a layout, and the sample is the cheap place to notice.

03

Approval and main run

From your approval, screen printing takes 7–10 working days to delivery. The gap to the festival is buffer, not idle time: it absorbs a correction without moving the date.

04

Delivery, pre-sorted

Picked by size and design, labelled for the stand. Straight to the site, to your warehouse, or split across both.

05

Reorders during the event

If a size runs out, DTF follows in under 10 days from approval. That requires the file to be ready, not to be hunted for.

Techniques

Which technique? The run size decides.

For the same design, different routes make sense at different quantities. We cost both and name the point where switching pays.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

The questions that come up in every first festival conversation. Anything else we settle by phone.

01
How many shirts do I need?

Without last year figures, any number is a guess. With them it becomes arithmetic: attendance, previous conversion rate, share per size.

  • First year we deliberately plan the main run tight and keep the reorder ready, rather than guessing a number you pay for on Sunday.
  • Later years your sales data becomes the size curve, and it beats any standard ratio.
02
Can we reorder during the festival?

Yes, via DTF. From approval that is under 10 days to delivery, so it works for multi-day events with lead time.

  • Requirement the print file is prepared and approved before the festival starts.
  • Limit no production covers a reorder from Saturday to Sunday. That buffer goes into the main run instead.
03
What happens to what is left over?

That is decided with the artwork, not at the end. A design carrying the year is dead stock after the weekend; one without keeps selling next year.

  • Recommendation main design without a year, plus a smaller dated run as a keepsake for those who want it.
  • Storage we hold the remainder and ship it to your next event.
04
Do you deliver to the site?

Yes, picked by size and design and labelled for the stand. Split across two addresses too, if part of it goes to storage.

  • Delivery window we follow your build-up schedule, not the other way round.
  • Proof a delivery note per address, so the stand can check what actually arrived.
