Fifty pieces, fifty different ones.
No two pieces need to match: names and numbers per item, no surcharge per design. Large back prints run in full colour DTF, with no minimum.

Every piece is a one-off
A kit is not fifty identical pieces but fifty different ones. In DTF that costs no multiple, because every file prints individually anyway.
No minimum
The player joining in February gets the same shirt as everyone in September. A single piece is not an exception.
Sponsors change, the shirt stays
Plan the sponsor area into the layout and you do not reprint everything each season. We build the file so one area can be swapped.
Leavers collections are name lists
A hundred names on a hundred hoodies, each different, all finished together. That is exactly what the process is built for.
No. In DTF every file prints individually, whether identical or different. The per-design surcharge known from screen printing does not apply here.
- What counts area and quantity, not the number of variants.
- Limit for very large runs of ONE design, screen printing gets cheaper again — we cost both.
DTF sits on the fabric and holds up to normal club laundry. For heavily used kit, sublimation is the more durable choice — the print then sits in the fabric.
- Requirement sublimation needs light polyester, which limits the garment choice.
- Recommendation we say with the quote which of the two suits your garment.
Yes, no minimum and no new setup. Colours, position and typeface stay on record so the latecomer shirt does not look different.
- Colour match ordering from the same batch is safer — tell us at first order whether more is expected.
- Single piece one shirt is possible.
For small areas often yes, for a large back print usually not. We say before production whether the file holds, instead of showing you afterwards.
- Route if needed we redraw the logo — once, and then it exists cleanly.
- Check artwork is checked before approval, not after.
Tell us how many and by when.
Answer within 24 hours. The name list can follow later; for the quote, quantity, garment and date are enough.
