What a screen-print job looks like with us.

A worked example with real sizes: 750 shirts, three spot colours, approval on day one, dispatch on day twelve. The same numbers the system calculates in the order.

When screen print?

The bigger the run, the smaller the unit price.

Not every project needs screen printing — but when run size and standards line up, nothing beats it.

01

Durability

Colours that survive 50 washes — for merch that gets worn on tour, not spared.

02

Set up once, print often

Once set up, the unit price drops with every additional piece — ideal from 100 upwards.

03

Finishing depth

Spot colours, puff print, water-based or plastisol inks — effects digital can’t reach.

Common questions

What people ask first.

01
What quantity makes screen printing worthwhile?

It becomes economical from 50 pieces. The unit price drops with every further piece — from around 100 the process plays to its full strength.

02
How many colours are possible?

One to twelve spot colours to Pantone. Each colour runs through its own screen, so the setup effort depends on the number of colours, not on the run size.

03
How long does the print last?

The colours survive 50 washes without cracking or fading. The process is made for merch that gets worn, not spared.

04
How large can the design be?

Up to 38 × 45 cm. For full-surface designs, sublimation is the right choice — it prints across seams, but requires polyester.

05
How long does production take?

In 7–10 working days from your approval. The quote arrives within 24 hours on weekdays, the digital proof before printing.
