Screen printingone screen per colour
From 50 pieces the unit price drops with every additional one. Full coverage on dark fabric, Pantone to spec, colours that survive 50 washes. How it is printed is your call: plastisol covers solidly, waterbase and discharge sink into the fabric — soft hand, no plastic feel, nothing to crack off.

EmbroideryFor chest logos the most premium form: the thread runs through the fabric and lasts as long as the garment. Not for very fine type or large areas.

DTFPrinted onto carrier film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. Maximum edge definition, highly flexible on blends and nylon.

PlastisolThe industry standard. Covers on any garment colour, extremely durable, razor-sharp edges.
WaterbaseSoaks into the fabric. Zero hand on light garments. On dark blanks, full opacity usually needs an underbase.
DischargeStrips the garment dye and recolours the fibre. No ink layer to feel. Maximum wearing comfort on dark fabrics.
Screen-print transferPre-printed screen sheets held in stock, pressed only when needed. The efficiency model for fast reorders.
