Project management
When project management?

No chain of suppliers.

When a project spans several trades, deadlines and producers — and still only one person should own it.

01

One contact

No chain of suppliers — one person owns timing, quality and budget across every trade.

02

The whole network

Screen printing, embroidery, digital, finishing — the right technique and the right producer for each batch, coordinated from a single source.

03

Even under time pressure

When it has to move fast, the network works in parallel rather than in sequence — faster than the usual 7–10 working days, by arrangement.

The process: from concept to delivery

Step 1

Briefing & concept

We take in the project — artwork, quantities, techniques, deadlines, budget.

Step 2

Network & quote

We select techniques and producers and bundle it all into one quote.

Step 3

Production & QC

Manufacturing in the network, coordinated schedules, quality control across every trade.

Step 4

Finishing & shipping

Consolidation, labelling and shipping — to warehouse, venue or end customer.

Common questions

What people ask first.

01
How many people do I deal with?

One. She is responsible for timing, quality and budget across every trade — no chain of suppliers where each one points to the next.

02
Does it also work when it has to be quick?

7–10 working days is the standard case — that is what the network is for. If it has to be faster, several producers work in parallel rather than in sequence; that is agreed beforehand and stays the exception.

03
Where is production carried out?

In a network grown over the years in Germany and Europe — screen printing, embroidery, digital, finishing. Which producer gets which batch is decided by the technique.

04
Do I get one quote or several?

One, bundled across every trade. That is the difference from three service providers with three invoices and three deadlines.
