Service 02 — Custom Production

Custom production. Your own garment, from scratch.

When no blank fits the project, the garment gets built from zero: your own pattern, your own fabric, your own size chart. A tech pack guides everything from concept and sampling to approval and bulk production.

Custom Production
When custom production?

The garment that doesn’t exist yet.

When a standard blank limits the idea — the cut, the fabric, or the detail that makes the brand.

01

Own pattern

Silhouette, fit and details are built to your own spec instead of picked from a blank manufacturer’s catalogue.

02

Fabric & colour choice

Material, weight and shade are set for the project, not chosen from a fixed range.

03

Guided process

A tech pack records measurements, construction and approvals — every sample round is documented before the bulk run starts.

The process: from concept to delivery

Step 1

Concept & tech pack

Briefing, silhouette, size chart and fabric choice go into a tech pack.

Step 2

Sampling & approval

Fabric/yarn sourcing, lab dip, PP sample and PP approval — every stage documented.

Step 3

Production

Cutting, sewing and final inspection piece by piece.

Step 4

Shipping

Ex-factory, shipping and customs clearance through to goods-in.

LimitsNot a fit for tiny runs or short-notice deadlines — lead time for samples and fabric is real
Common questions

What people ask first.

01
What quantity makes your own production worthwhile?

Considerably higher than decorating finished blanks — production from the mill presupposes quantities that carry the pattern and the fabric sourcing. We settle the actual threshold on the project.

02
What is a tech pack?

The document that records everything: size chart, construction, fabrics, colourways, approvals. It guides you through concept, sample and bulk — and makes every sample round traceable.

03
How long does a project like this take?

The schedule depends on fabric sourcing, dyeing and sample rounds — not on the sewing. Anyone with a fixed date should start early; the technique is not made for short-notice deadlines.

04
Can I see where my project stands?

At any time: concept · development · sample · approved · production · completed. Every stage is documented.
